Do we offer paid advertising at no additional cost?

Yes, we do. "So rare" right? However, it's important to note that the no. of. advertisements will be strictly limited according to the package you opt for, as we will be using a portion of the monthly package budget you're already paying us.

Do we increase advertisement campaigns with an added budget?

Indeed, we can scale up your advertising campaigns if you provide us with an additional ad budget, ensuring a more extensive and impactful exposure for your brand.

Will the value of packages change if you already have an established branding or don't require paid ad campaigns?

No, branding is simply a 'free' special bonus we include with our services in the respective packages. We're allocating a portion from the monthly package retainer, without requiring you to set aside a separate budget for branding, unlike what other agencies typically do. The same goes for ad campaigns. Therefore, the packages' value will remain the same, as branding and ad campaigns are 'complementary' services that you claim based on the package you choose. That said, the package value changes when it involves alteration of other services apart from advertising and branding.

Do reels come under posts in packages?

Yes, reels are typically considered a type of post, so they are part of the overall post count or content strategy.

Are social media/ IG stories the same number as X posts?

No, the stories on Instagram/Facebook are limitless. Stories is a great creative tool to interact with your audience using bunch of features. Plus, it's vital for engagement.

What does Lead generation mean in SMM context?

Do we work on weekends?

It depends on the nature of the clients' niche. If a page requires a post or content tailored to the weekend, we'll make sure to schedule that. In other cases, you don't want to miss trends, so we'll do our best to keep up with them.

Are we strict about complying with our X posts / week? for "Social Standout" package

Not exactly, we'll be putting out more content than we are paid for at times (whether to stay on top of trends or to make tactical moves). Particularly during the initial days after onboarding you as our client, we create content more often beyond package value (two purposes): first, to raise the visibility of your brand, and second, to gauge what works best for your audience so we can refine our content strategy accordingly. Afterwards, we'll follow our package value.

Are we responsible for sales?

We, as SMM, play a massive role in building your social media, fostering a loyal community, engaging with them and a lot more, all of which collectively contribute to sales. While we aren't necessarily responsible for sales (cause, it lies with the sales manager/strategiest) we certainly do contribute with our marketing efforts.

How I Achieved a 55,000,000+ Million Reach for my MHT Space Brand

I founded MHT Space in 2019, a multi-niche online platform exploring the central topics of Movies, Health, and Technology. Over the past four years, I led the growth of MHT Space, strategically managing blog operations and content publication to solidify its position as a trusted hub within its niches.

 

The result? A commanding internet presence with over 55,000,000 Million impressions and 500,000+ readers (viewership), driving organic traffic and enhancing brand visibility.

  • Identifying relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition became my central focus. That’s a classic strategy!
  • With backlink building, content pillar strategy, and audience engagement, I optimized 200+ articles for SEO, ranking many within the top 15 SERPs, with more or less 60 at no.1 ranking.
  • The results speak volumes: Collaboration was integral to our success, as I connected with like-minded guest writers to infuse fresh insights into our content library which only made MHT Space even more richer.
  • As I put it “quality over quantity” proved instrumental here.
  • I regularly analyzed website analytics and audience demographics
    (in my case, India, and US) to identify trending topics, and made ensure content resonated with readers’ interests.
  • Plus, optimizing website speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation proved vital for search engine success.
  • To further boost reach and solidify MHT Space’s identity, I oversaw monthly social media advertising campaigns and email marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic to our website and increasing brand awareness among our target demographic.

My journey with MHT Space has been a continuous learning process. The first year was, to be honest, a series of mistakes. One key lesson I took away from running MHT Space is that diverse content needs a deep understanding of each niche, a commitment to high-quality content, and a sincere focus on building a thriving community. I look back on my leadership with a sense of accomplishment. In 2023, I decided to hand over the ownership of MHT Space to pursue my aspirations in social media marketing. It was a good chapter in my life.

Growing MHT Space's Social Media Channels to Over 30,000+ Followers with 11,000,000+ Million Impressions

In addition to the website, I maintained a dedicated social media presence for MHT Space across various networks including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, accumulating over 11,000,000 impressions and attracting more than 30,000 followers. The key was developing strategic content pillars for each platform, ensuring that each had its own individuality. But, the primary objective was to grow a community where diverse voices and interests could converge. Through this approach, I've achieved sustainable growth in engagement, website traffic, and shaped a strong online identity for MHT Space.

  • Staying on top of trends is always important. That’s how I attract the eyeballs. I curated a dynamic content mix, sharing the latest stories and news in health, movies, and technology areas. This strategy ensured consistent engagement and resonance with our audience. Plus, studying metrics has always been beneficial. I’ve leveraged this practice to craft effective strategies and pinpoint key areas of focus.
  • I implemented themed content pillars, and made sure each niche (movies, health, technology) had its dedicated space. Movie reviews and listicles sparked discussions, while health tips and awareness posts were
    shared a lot along with tech updates. This focus helped us achieve at least about 5-10% average engagement rate with 11,000,000+ impressions across all platforms.
  • I led monthly social media advertising campaigns for MHT Space, featuring compelling content and targeted promotions to boost more visibility. With an average click-through rate (CTR) of 4%, our campaigns consistently drove website traffic, expanding our audience reach.

With each insightful piece of content, MHT Space continued to grow its audience and spark conversations. The lessons I've taken from these achievements serve as guiding principles for my work and methodology.

 

UPDATE: After transferring ownership of MHT Space, the social media handles were basically left unchecked. However, I've rebranded the Instagram page to "CinemaJayology," taken from my name by blending "Jayanth" with "Cinema" and adding the "-logy" suffix. As a big film buff, I intend to revamp it into a personal movie fan page where I'll discuss my favorite films, review new releases, and much more. Think of it as a film critic's page, though I prefer to avoid the word 'critic.'

My Success in Growing a Nutrition Coach's Social Media Presence to 210,000+ Impressions - [ORGANIC GROWTH]

Madelyn is a passionate nutrition coach dedicated to empowering people to adopt healthier lifestyles through mindful eating and balanced nutrition. Madelyn already has a social media presence, but her growth is what leaves a lot to be desired. The challenge was that she lacked the time, plus expertise to maintain a solid social media presence. That's when I connected with Madelyn, and she mentioned that I reached out at the right time :D. During our social media strategy chat, we touched on her content mix and social media approach, where she made clear her intention to be prominently featured in the content.

  • We started by figuring out Madelyn’s unique voice and target audience. We then optimized her profiles across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin, ensuring consistency in her “message.”
  • We analyzed her competitors, and market to identify strengths and areas for improvement across all platforms.
  • With a focus on relatable content, we curated brief yet impactful ideas that complemented the visual appeal of each post. (I’m a firm believer in concise captions).

  • With the right strategy, her growth remained consistent each day. We analyzed insights into what’s working, and what’s not, and with our data-driven approach, we made sure every post offers something new to say. We saw 361% combined growth in followers and observed a phenomenal 1271% combined increase in engagement in just 75 days with one post/day content calendar, resulting in about 210,000+ impressions.  Infotainment and reels proved to be game-changing strategies!

Boost from Advertising Campaigns

  • To connect with more people on Facebook and Instagram, we used informative reels, posts, and trending memes in targeted advertising campaigns. This led to a 26% growth in potential client inquiries, encouraging active participation and discussions around nutrition and wellness.

How I Increased A Fitness Trainer's Followers by 284% and Achieved a 947% Growth in Engagement - [ORGANIC GROWTH]

Tyler is a certified fitness trainer from Texas, known for his commitment to guiding individuals toward physical wellness through his muscle-building workouts and personalized training programs. With a passion for professional growth, Tyler wanted to build his social media presence and raise awareness of his personalized programs. But the challenge was he needed a strategist who could help develop his online presence. That's when Tyler reached out to me. Similar to the approach I took for my other client, Madelyn, I wanted to use the same set of strategies for his social media handles, but with necessary tweaks tailored to his niche. During our call, we went over his marketing goals, based on which I created a custom management package for him.

  • We started with a Social Media Audit, analyzing Tyler’s brand identity and target audience (the usual drill). We delved into his unique teaching approach and the nuances he instilled in his sessions (to use in our content mix.)

  • Consistency gives results. With a tactical content plan and regular social media audits, we maintained audience interest driving organic growth. As a result, Tyler’s reach spiked, achieving a 947% combined growth in engagement and averaging a 2.3% engagement rate on reach in 3 months, with over 160,000 impressions to date.

How I Built a Movie Page With My Friend and Grew it to 21,000+ Followers

As a huge film buff who truly enjoys watching movies, ofcourse I want to be a part of the page that celebrates this art form. It all started with Sam Raimi's Spider-Man when I was a kid, so I'm always going to have a soft spot for the Marvel Universe, regardless of its current state. That being said, I watch and love any breed of cinema whether it's a Scorsese cinema or an Avengers movie (IYKIY). I e-met Chris Rosario on a Discord server (The Cosmic Wonder) where he asked if anyone wanted to start a Marvel-based fan Instagram page with him, and you can probably guess what happened next...

  • It was during Covid, and I was in college. Initially, we didn’t know what to post. It took us some time to brainstorm before we settled on “a mix of art content, updates on Marvel movies, and occasional movie reviews. While Chris who is a big fan of the Venom character wanted it to be the face of the page.”
  • We stuck to that content strategy, consistently posting at least two times every day. And that’s the rest of the story.

There’s nothing we’ve done to the page, other than posting content every day. And no, we didn’t use paid advertising either, all our growth was organic. I guess thanks to the lockdown, people spent most of their time on screens and we leveraged that time. In less than 12 months, we reached 10,000 followers, and soon after, we crossed the 20,000 milestone. Currently, I’m no longer managing the page with him, as I’m swamped with handling my clients’ accounts.

Nevertheless, managing this page was an experience I didn’t know I needed. Now, it’s being read as a sample of my work, and I’ve learned a couple of things about social media management here. Ultimately, the trick on social media is to

  • Keep things simple.
  • Not to go overboard with content
  • Stick to one uniform strategy
  • Be consistent
  • Make sure every post adds value
  • Share memes & fun (that audience can resonate with)

A Head Admin of "The Cosmic Wonder" Discord Community for 3 Years

Hosted by Warren Thompson, The Cosmic Wonder is a popular comic book-oriented YouTube channel with over 960,000 subscribers, covering everything related to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Back in the summer of 2019, I had the pleasure of connecting with Warren on Twitter. Our conversations revolved around movies, and channel content, and even delved into his thumbnail designs. Occasionally, I contributed thumbnails for his videos. During one interaction, Warren extended an offer to me, asking if I was interested in assuming the role of head admin for his new Discord Server.

 

That's how I was introduced to the Discord platform, where I learned many things. It essentially taught me so much about how online communities work, and how people from different regions and cultures can interact.

  • Unlike a regular social media platform, Discord is a community-driven space where like-minded individuals unite to converse about mutual interests. But what if there were no restrictions to that? That’s where I, as the head admin, come in, along with my fellow admins.
  • We created channels and grouped them based on specific topics of interest. We established a system for server rules and membership conditions, including Patreon, for members to join this exclusive community.
  • Initially, it wasn’t easy as we encountered multiple challenges, including dealing with hacker attacks, spam accounts, and other tasks such as verifying the credibility of new members, setting up Discord bots for role management, and further functional aspects.

Managing a server of this size is neither easy nor hard. However, it’s a lot of fun when you love what you do. As the head admin, my duty extended beyond just overseeing the server. We were the linchpin connecting members, encouraging discussions, and ensuring everyone felt heard.

We conducted regular quizzes to entertain our community members and hosted weekly movie streamings, which served as catalysts for engagement, bringing our members closer. Whether it was resolving clashes or implementing new additions to the server, approaching each task was a mix of strategy and staying organized. During the last quarter
of 2022, I decided to step away from my role to dedicate more time to my endeavors in social media marketing.

TDLR – I’ve learned that being a Discord head admin involves more than just management. it’s about cultivating a thriving community where individuals feel empowered to express themselves and contribute to a shared sense of belonging.

Never thought about starting a YouTube Channel as a teen? Then your childhood wasn't awesome because I did.

Seriously, back when we were teenagers, watching YouTube and seeing all those younglings getting a break on the platform, we all at least considered the thought of starting a channel and making millions one day (delulu, right?). Well, I took the first part seriously. Being enthusiastic about PCs and gadgets, I started my YouTube channel on "PC Tips, & How to" tutorials during my 8th grade. Remember these intro, background songs? "Faded," "Omfg - Hello," "The Spectre," and "Sky High," I've used pretty much all of these in my videos, and now listening to them only brings back those days. And I don't want to brag, but I will.
I was part of the Windows 7 era on YouTube when we didn't even have views or subscriber eligibility for ad monetization. Crazy to think how far we've come.

I’m one of those Indian guys on YouTube who fixes 99% of your PC problems, with faded music in the background 😉 I’ve made over 60+ computer and Adobe tutorials, covering topics like “How to boost your PC speed,” “Get rid of virus,” “Download youtube video,” and various Photoshop, After Effects, VFX+3D animation tutorials.

Ultimately, I’ve crossed over 150,000 views and gained close to 1000 subscribers on YouTube. And unfortunately, that’s when I had to stop…as I needed to focus more on my studies. That was back in 2017.

Two years later, I deleted most of my YouTube videos because, well, cringe. I set some to Private. In retrospect, that was a big mistake, I should have just set them all to private rather than deleting them. Although, I still have most of those videos on my PC folders. I have some videos privately available on my channel to show around (like I’m doing right now.)

Cut to 2024, things have taken a different turn. I’m a commerce undergraduate student who has ventured into freelancing in SMM and recently launched my agency. I’m sure my younger self would never have expected that his future self would be doing social media marketing. (Blud really thought he’d be next Mark Zuckerburg.) By the way, here’s an interesting fact: After 7th grade, I took a summer course and had a private tutor teach me VFX/3D Animation. 

You know I’m something of a jack-of-all-trades myself.
